About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and self-driven Motion Designer to join our creative team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire motion design process — from concept and style frames to animation and final delivery. You’ll bring static visuals to life through thoughtful motion, timing, and storytelling.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work independently on various projects, creating compelling animations that align with brand aesthetics and client goals.
What You’ll Do
- Conceptualize and create style frames, storyboards, and animation sequences.
- Design and animate engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, product demos, and explainer content.
- Manage the full production process — from ideation to rendering — independently.
- Translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing motion graphics.
- Collaborate with account managers, designers, and copywriters to maintain visual consistency across projects.
- Stay updated on motion design trends, techniques, and tools to keep work fresh and relevant.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design.
- Proven ability to create style frames, design, and animate independently — end to end.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or similar tools).
- Understanding of animation principles, pacing, and composition.
- Strong sense of storytelling, design, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Bonus: Experience with 3D animation, sound design, or video editing.
