About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, clarity, and smooth delivery of all design work across client projects.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients and designers — ensuring that every output aligns with client expectations, business goals, and project requirements. You will play a key role in managing feedback, maintaining quality standards, and driving efficient project execution across multiple accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Review and ensure quality of design outputs based on client briefs and expectations
- Translate client needs and feedback into clear, actionable instructions for designers
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and delivery across multiple client accounts
- Act as the main point of coordination between clients, designers, and internal teams
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before submission
- Identify gaps in briefs or execution and proactively resolve them
- Maintain consistency across deliverables (social media, ads, marketing assets, etc.)
- Support smooth communication and reduce back-and-forth between clients and designers
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in project or account management, preferably with a degree in marketing, communication, media, or related fields
- Strong understanding of design, social media, and digital marketing workflows
- Ability to evaluate whether a design meets client expectations and business goals
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Nice to Have
- Experience working in a design or creative service company
- Exposure to digital ads, social media management, or print creatives
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, AU)
- Familiarity with creative tools/workflows (Figma, Adobe, etc.)
