About The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join Design Shifu and lead end-to-end hiring for our growing creative team. This role is heavily focused on fast-paced recruitment for design-related positions including UI/UX Designers, Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, Product Designers, and other creative roles.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in managing high-volume hiring while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Candidates with previous experience hiring for creative agencies, design subscription companies, or fast-paced creative service businesses will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for design and creative positions, including sourcing, screening portfolios and resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the complete hiring process
- Develop sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of creative talent through LinkedIn, job boards, portfolio platforms (Behance, Dribbble), and creative communities
- Coordinate design assignments, portfolio reviews, interviews, and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to support hiring needs and recruitment planning
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, reports, and hiring documentation
- Manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and speed in execution
- Support offer processes, candidate follow-ups, onboarding coordination, and hiring operations
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong experience hiring for creative, design, or digital-related positions
- Experience working in creative agencies, design subscription companies, or fast-paced service-based businesses
- Familiarity with design roles such as UI/UX, Graphic Design, Motion Design, Product Design, and similar creative positions
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Glints, and other sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to move quickly and manage high-volume hiring efficiently

- Full-time
- Onsite in Yogyakarta (relocation required if outside Yogyakarta)
- Able to join ASAP
